With the DLA Basic Installation Service Package you receive the following:

•  A Professional QuickBooks® Software Installation and Company Setup, Which Includes the Following:

•  Company Information

•  Chart of Accounts Setup

•  Operation Preferences Setup

•  Vendor and Customer setup and Instruction*

•  Opening balances* entered from client information

•  Bank Reconciliation Preparation

•  Basic Financial Reports Customization

(Hardware and software not included. *Clients are responsible for individual data entry, customer and vendor detail information and entry of individual account balances. DLA will provide instruction and examples.)

•  Two-Hour On-site Instruction Conducted by an Expert on the Following Processes:

•  How to enter bills

•  How to pay bills

•  How to print checks

•  How to enter invoices

•  How to receive payments

•  How to make deposits

•  One-Hour of Telephone or E-Mail Support with QuickBooks® Experts

Package rates are based on standard installations on systems, which have the recommended hardware, with enough space and memory to adequately and properly load and run the software with no conflicts. Additional on-site consultation and service is $125 per hour. You may also upgrade to one of the other packages.

Pre-paid blocks of time may also be purchased

      $ 297     3 hour blocks of prepaid time - $1.65 per minute

      $ 497     6 hour blocks of prepaid time - $1.38 per minute

    Regular price without prepaid block is $2.00 per minute with 12 minute minimum

Prepaid blocks of time are available to reduce your service costs. By using prepaid hours you are also assured of the highest priority when you call for service.
