Secure Portal

In January, 2012, we began implementation of a state of the art Client Portal.  This allows the secure transmission of electronic files between our office and your computer.  The security of your sensitive information is a primary concern at Terry Lockie & Associates, PC, and this Portal helps us to achieve file management and data security goals.
This Portal is a web-based application that allows for the encrypted, bi-directional transmission and storage of electronic data.  Terry Lockie & Associates, PC uses the Portal to give you quick and easy access 24/7, to your important financial documents including tax returns and financial statements.  You have the ability to send files to us through the Portal as well.  There is no size limit associated with file uploads to the Portal which means that it works well for very large files, including Quickbooks, that are too large for email.
A PDF form, called “Portal User Info Sheet”, is available below for you to print, fill out, and mail to us at: Terry Lockie & Associates PC, 704 Jackson St., Sioux City, IA. 51105.  When you fill out the form the “Portal Admin” will be the primary user of your portal and will have the administrative ability to create other Portal Users if that is necessary.  If you would like Terry Lockie & Associates PC to create any additional Portal Users for you simply fill out the information for those users on the form as well.  Once we create your portal, you will receive a few introductory email notifications with additional information and your specific login credentials.
